Options
Through our production facility at CafePress.com,
we offer multiple shipping options for delivery within the US plus
international shipping across the globe.
In stock items will be processed within 2 business
days. Expedited (2-Day/Next Day) orders placed by 12:00 PM PT will
be processed within 1 business day. To calculate estimated delivery
date add processing time to transit time. For example, an item that's
processed in 2 business days and shipped using Standard shipping
(1-5 business days) will arrive in 3-7 business days.
Notes:
- If ordering 2 or more items from multiple shipping
categories, you will be charged the first item fee of greater
value. (Not including Posters or Framed Prints)
- Tracking is available for Standard, 2-Day and
Next Day shipments. Sign in to your account to track a shipped
order.

CafePress.com offers a 30-day money back guarantee
on all products. If you would like to return or exchange an item,
please contact us to fill
out a request form, and we will send you an RMA and instructions
on how to send the item(s) back. Shipping charges are not
refundable.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes,
which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional
charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control
over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs
policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact
your local customs office for further information. Additionally,
when ordering from CafePress.com, you are considered the importer
of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country
in which you are receiving the goods.
Customs forms for all international packages list
the value of your order's contents by product type. For instance,
orders containing T-shirts, mugs, and mousepads will be listed in
a way similar to the following example:
